Healthy living and wellness travel is my thing.  I currently live in Boston, and bouncing around to the next destination is always on my mind.  When I am hanging in the city, you can most likely always find me around town working out, teaching yoga and helping health and wellness entrepreneurs market and build their business.   And to kick things off, what better way than writing from the breathtaking island of Nantucket.  For those of you who aren't familiar, Nantucket is an entire 100 square miles, quaint, with flawless beaches. It's the ultimate New England summer destination.
